The First Bloom

A mysterious floating island makes its way towards you, a vast and nascent god. You soon find out your abilities are bolstered by the flora and fauna of this island; so you decide to take care of it, and see how far it takes you.

A quick tutorial:

Mana:

Your mana is located at the top of your screen, when this runs out and nothing on your island can regenerate it, you lose.

Your Deck:

The deck is located on the bottom right side of your screen. Hover over that part of the screen to pull it out.

Cards:

Cards you draw will appear at the bottom of your screen, hover over them to focus them, click on them to play them. You need enough mana to play them.

You can Right Click on cards to discard them, the more you have in your hand the more mana you get reinbursed.

Game Speed:

When you hover your mouse over the top left of the screen you will get controls for game speed. 

What to do?

Try to make a self sustaining island, fire is not a complete detriment, the aftermath may help. ;)

Disclaimer

This game is nowhere near complete, and I crammed for it a lot, so it'll probably be pretty buggy. I also apologize for badly explaining the mechanics, I trust that you can figure them out yourself though. You seem smart ;)

Being in this jam was a ton of fun, I'll definitely do this next year too, but I'll probably be in a better state of mind and better organised. This was hectic but I did enjoy it, no matter the stress. Good luck to everyone during the judging period! :D
